Walking by Lake Hawea

Seventeen there today.  We parked at John Creek, and walked from there along the cliff face above Lake Hawea.  It was very hot, +29C.  I was hoping for a lake breeze, but didn't happen today!  The extra photos missed the cut.  We had a welcome cuppa/ice cream, before heading for home.  One lady left her iphone at the lunch spot, so she walked back from the end of the track, and found it ok.  Another great day out with the walking group.

Today is my eldest daughters birthday (58).  She lives in Melbourne, and her family have taken her out for lunch.
