Any fruit muffins

Tried this vegan Recipe and it turned out OK.  Took a lot longer to cook than the recipe said.  We went to dinner with Our vegan friends and had a really enjoyable evening.  The main dish was delicious with water chestnuts and bamboo shoots etc.  And different types of noodle.  Then pineapple and cashew nut cream.
