Artist at work

We went into a mall because my friend wanted to shop for some pants and  it felt so strange. I had not been in a big department store other than Walmart since 2019 and don’t consider Walmart at department store.
I was glad I wasn’t shopping for anything because these were so many beautiful things. And that was just in the ladies department at Dillards. Before we left we took a short stroll out into the  actual mall and saw this artist at work. I’m guessing it is for some Valentines Day event maybe..
