Man & Mountain

Have you ever introduced yourself to a mountain?
Have you watched it from afar and wondered what it slopes hold?
Have you left behind your sweat and tears and blood on the way to its summit?
Have you absorbed the view from the top and were you humbled by the vastness of creation.
Have you told it you would be back. Some day.
Have you ever mourned the passing of time which separated you beyond the point of return ?
