The hill with a hole in it

Considering Pex Hill was quarried from the 16th century to the late 1800s, they managed a remarkably straight line.
It’s a fun dog walk, the stone would have been taken out by carts, so on the left of this view you can just stroll in at the bottom level.
Jack seemed to enjoy himself, especially the bit where he rolled in horse shit.
He’s clean now.
