Great day, visiting daughter & A in Lancaster. 
Eldest daughter & myself chatted away in the car, all the way down, so much so that we almost didn't notice the drive at all. 
Then we had lunch at Whale Tail (a vegetarian restaurant) and a stroll around the shops. Then some time back at the studio, trying out the ginseng tea bought at the Asian supermarket and chatting some more. Then, in the evening, a pizza at Aquila (this very small, bubbly takeaway with great soul music playing) where daughter's friend works and which makes delicious pizzas...and a stop at Runner Duck wine bar. Then to bed.
