Conference Calls

The start of a new contract today. I was supposed to be going to Birmingham for a briefing but that was pulled at the last minute in favour of a teleconference. Much more sensible use of time and other resources. Looks like a lovely bit of work.

The headset is not just for call centres. I bought it when I started exam coaching over the phone and when skype isn't an option. It means keeping both hands free for accessing training material or the keyboard. Worth their weight in gold.
