Levenhall Links Bird Reserve

Went over to Levenhall Links Bird Reserve (otherwise known as the "Musselburgh Lagoons") this afternoon - a really stunning site and a place I'm absolutely certain we'll go back to ...

- main snap shows 'R' looking across the mouth of the River Esk, and beyond the Firth of Forth, towards Edinburgh and a distant Arthur's Seat: the lagoons are just behind here
- 1st extra is the entry signage for the Reserve, all of which is just a short walk from Musselburgh
- 2nd extra shows three of the actual 'lagoons', taken from within one of the several bird-hides
- 3rd extra is looking further North, out across the Firth of Forth, towards Fife

The variety of bird life, around the whole area, was quite incredible.
