Willow

Some thin willow branches came with a delivery of flowers. It’s nice to see them sprout this time of year. 
We had a quiet day yesterday; today I caught up on phone calls and cooked for our dinner tonight with Marilyn, while listening to Jamaica Inn on BBC Sounds. It’s a very vivid dramatisation. I forget I’m chopping onions and am out on the moors.
