Our ED

I was Run Director at Parkrun this morning.  Tony came down to help me set up the course in sunshine for a change and volunteers gradually arrived and were allocated their jobs.  We didn't have any first timers and the tourists were from Doncaster and Halifax.  A was going for her 50th Parkrun and had extra special encouragement from marshals around the course.  The photo app stopped working and at the end J's phone would not scan the QR code which enables the barcode results to be sent to Head Office for processing!  Issues to be solved!   Thanks to our Event Director Boss S, pictured here running today (and with both feet off the ground!) the scan eventually went through and the results were generated.  Phew!

I took rather too many photos so spent the afternoon processing and uploading them.
