Saturday Stroll

Lovely walk with Adele this morning while Tim did some cycling and a hot tub session.
We went down to the canal and for a change walked the opposite way towards Sowerby Bridge. 
Went and investigated some new little enterprises that have sprung up in a former industrial estate. We looked at Farrow and Ball paint colours and discussed how much you should pay for a toaster after seeing one at a eye watering price. There is a barbers, a hairdressers and a salvage shop and a cafe appropriately named The Secret Cafe which was quite busy.
Have decided we will call in there soon on another walk when we have more time.
Turned back for home when we had done 5,000 steps.
Just having a coffee then setting of to the cinema.
