These two rooks are so loved up. I think they pair up and stay together for years as these two have been canoodling regularly outside our kitchen window on the same branch for several years . They snuggle in and seem to want to be touching even when they are checking out what food might be on offer in our garden .

Riding abandoned this arvo as friend is unwell. I took home made soup over and mucked out her 3 stables . Glad I did as she looked proper poorly.
The good news is it hasn’t rained for days now and the mud is slowly drying up. I can nearly walk to the gate without boots getting sucked off.
