Embarrassing.

For some reason, Noo thinks these shoes are an embarrassment! I like them..

I have enjoyed my day off, and I don’t think that I ran too far. I did run twice, but the second run was a short jog to break in new shoes. I also did a little bit of housework, but only enough to make my life feel better.

My hair is cropped - it looks okay according to Noo. I don’t look like an old lady and “have always looked about 40” despite being 45 by the time he was born. I think it was a back handed compliment.
