Memories
My dad liked drawing Celtic knots; he’d borrow the set squares and compass from our tech drawing kits, and away he’d go. When he was poorly, I got him all the bits & bobs so he could doodle. This was the one drawing he coloured himself, and when he died in 2012, my mum kindly let me have this.
Talking to a few people this week who have either just lost their dads, or were celebrating being able to spend time with their dads. He’s been on my mind, still miss him.
