Simple supper

Took the refreshments to the green gym and decided to stay for a chat without working! Left after the coffee break and have had a reasonably cough free day, but have only smooched around.
Have lost my appetite and this was as much as I could bother with tonight. Have concentrated on having plenty of fluids.
