Tufted Duck - 14

There are always plenty of tufted duck at Burton but I tend to overlook taking their photo and end up blipping ones I perceive to be scarcer. Last year I didn't blip one until December and the year before I dont think I photographed one at all. I'm making sure I get it early this time.
