Knife Edge

Some sharp shooting around the block in Barcelona as we went out in 5C temperatures (a drop of over 30C from Rio yesterday!). Sunny days on returning to Barcelona, no matter the temperature, always make us feel happy to be back to a city with many qualities to its varied offerings.

The house and plants were in good shape with, for us, a huge number of lemons on the branch and one new orange! I now have a new Fitbit (a Charge 5) to synch up, after the last one packed up a couple of weeks ago.

Lunch in Popeye’s the most Brazilian feeling place we know here and a pleasant review of our recent time in Brazil. Hard to believe we were there just 24 hours ago. My coloured multi-strand wrist band is still in place as evidence!!

The building is the former Cristalerías Planell, now a civic centre of some sort.
