A Hospital? What is it?

It's a big building with patients, but that's not important right now.

A planned business trip to Perth was cancelled at short notice affording me the opportunity to nip down to the medical centre to have my glands felt by my GP. A pharmacist advised that after 3 weeks of preferring to spit rather than swallow, I should get a Pharynx MOT. The doc had a good rummage, took a look with his wooden lolly stick and tiny torch and then declared I have an inflamed palatine tonsil....just one. Cycling with my mouth open isn't helping apparently.....the issue is I'm usually gasping for air!
