Lights out

For the past couple of nights we have been dining by candlelight. Very romantic.

One of the switches for our kitchen lights fused in the on position. So we tripped the fuse until we could ensure the switch was safe. There was a strong acrid metallic smell so despite the smoke alarms we have had to install we played safe.

Today we had the switch replaced and we enjoyed our haggis, neeps and mash for Burns night in brighter light.
