Mince & Tatties

As it is Burn's Night, and there is no way I'm having haggis (the real deal or not), I made mince & tatties for my supper.  

It's been a long time since I've made this and it was such a nice bit of comfort food. 

I went and got my nails done this morning and the salon was super quiet.  I picked a pinky-purple colour (see extra) which is a deviation from the norm for me.
