Black Cap

Yoga this morning then coffee! 

This afternoon was so foggy and miserable we did a jigsaw and one or two jobs .By the time it was our tai chi session, the weather was much warmer. 

Whilst we were doing a jigsaw, lots of birds were visiting the feeders including this blackcap - a bird I’d never spotted before. Apparently they now winter here in gardens coming over from Germany! 

I had a telephone call which really upset me as it involved a dear friend who I’ve known since 1980 .
