Packing again....

I head up to Birmingham for an overnight for work tomorrow.   Conference with store managers and then a dinner event in the evening.  

We have had annoying internet issues with sky this evening which killed any work I tried to do.

Morning was slow start as Steve took Phoebs out for the morning walk.  I then did the afternoon one followed by work and then an evening run before dinner.   I really really struggled today but did keep pushing myself so I did do 4.3km but not great.   But a bad run is still better than no run so glad I did it.

Up early tomorrow to fill the car with petrol before hitting the road!

Almost the weekend!
