Busy day. Dog walk ( he was rather short changed this morning as I had early coffee with Liz. Sorry Basil) ! Therapy session prep, therapy course prep, ride out in Cangort with Susan riding her 26 yr old boy who was just utterly fine, just one small cough ( he has obstructive airway disease) . I must have put more effort into making Daisy work in an outline than I realised because my legs are aching ! Evening Zoom therapy course meeting with a buddy. Bath with epsom salts and to bed happy and tired .
