Concrete and Welcome Tips

I'm wondering if Kendal sports centre gets the prize for the most awful looking sports centre in the country. Perhaps we could have a competition.  

I went to pound up and down in the swimming pool because its too cold to put your  face in the lake at the moment, so I'm not getting my front crawl practice.   After a couple of lengths I was stopped by a fellow swimmer who introduced herself as a former swimming teacher and would I mind if she gave me some tips. Not at all.  I'm feeling faster already.
