HMS Trincomalee
We paid another visit to the National Museum of the Royal Navy at Hartlepool today. It's the bonus of having a years pass for the price of one entry.
Apart from having HMS Trincomalee floating in the dock (it was the last HMS ship to be built in India) there are a good number of exhibitions depicting some of the trades and conditions in a naval dockyard.
On the left is HMS Trincomalee captured with a pano. I started with the foreground and panned over my head along the bowsprit and finished with the building behind me.
The other two images shows a contrast about going off to sea. A young boy's dreams of going off for adventure and the press gang reality below.
