November rain

Feels like I'm living in Scandinavia.
I actually just looked at the weather forecast, tomorrow it will be 10°c max in Lyon, and 16°c in sunny Stockholm.
Is nothing wrong?

(By the way, the grain on the picture is not noise but rain...)
