A day in the life

At nine I was taking my seat in the dentists cave. I go twice a year, once to my regular dentist for a check-up and once to my dental-hygienist, who saved my from losing my teeth many years ago by telling me what I needed to do in order to keep my teeth where they were. Apparently I had "periodontitis", where infections start because the gum is pulling back with increasing age. I'm almost entirely healed now, only by cleaning using special brushes and toothpaste and because she check-up once a year to see how it's going and give my teeth a good cleaning with her special tools. I'm very grateful for our medical service regarding teeth -and still having my teeth where they should be.

My old landlord and me has stayed in contact and he and his wife invited me for lunch today, for me a reward for the uncomforts at the dentist, and we had a nice chat.

The most troublesome music-arrangement is done, we'll rehears it next week and themusicians need their parts in good time to be able to practice. It will be exciting to play and listen to it.
