Up High!

I walked to Bingley first thing to catch the train to Saltaire for my recorder lesson, several O'Carolan pieces practised.  I'm really enjoying playing these Irish tunes.  Then it was back on the train and a walk back up the hill to the garden centre to meet Auntie Betty for a cuppa.  She has recently been diagnosed with cancer and brought me up to speed with tests and biopsies, then we had lots of old story telling and much laughter.  She is a very positive person and determined to fight whatever is ahead.

After much catching up we parted company and it was home for lunch and a relaxed afternoon for me.
