Fading to . . .

. . .  pink.  This gorgeous red rose has dried out and faded since its life in the Christmas bouquet.
It is so miserably damp and dreary I have hardly moved outside again today.  Did have a visitor for coffee, have ironed three loads of holiday washing and have prepared dinner for grandson and girlfriend tonight, so not a lazy home day! 
Grateful head is behaving even if pelvis is not!
