Green

In the last 10 days the leaves have finally come out and everywhere is green again. I love the varied shades of bright green of the new leaves, offset by the darker evergreens and bare branches of latecomers, it looks so fresh.
Today's trip to Perth on a lovely bright morning gave me the perfect opportunity to capture the colours so I made a slight detour to get off the main road across from Kinnoull Hill. I was glad I'd stopped on the way there as I didn't have time on the way back and it had gone quite cloudy.
It's still quite cold though - 1C last night and hail this afternoon - but better is hinted at.
