Assisted opening

I asked for some help this morning when I opened the new Dreghorn Primary School in Ayrshire ( as I always do on such occasions).

Michael is a pupil in the school and had his birthday this week. Joan Sturgeon is Provost of North Ayrshire, the local councillor, my former constituency assistant when I was a South of Scotland MSP in the first term of the Parliament and mum to the most famous ex-pupil of the old Dreghorn Primary, Scotland's Deputy First Minister Nicola Sturgeon.

This was also my second visit to Dreghorn in less than a fortnight.
