Student flat

Our students had a gathering after exams last year and a little bit of damage was done at the flat. They are paying to repair some broken doors. The bathroom vanity was also damaged. Realistically, the house is 73 years old and the vanity was almost certainly the original from 1950. So I decided to overlook this issue and install a new unit at our cost. The boys have been very good tenants, and they are returning for the current academic year, which begins mid-February. The new vanity was installed yesterday and I am very happy with it.
