Rural England..

Soooooo I wasn't going to walk today.. I was going to play domestic goddess and flit around the house with a feather duster.. Managed until 1.30pm then the call of the wild enticed me away from tedium.. I walked 6.45 miles over hill and dale... Todays pic is a ten minute walk from home, down near what was the egg farm.. It was this point I could feel a twinge in my right thigh and tonight both thighs are aching... Then I remembered the squats I was doing this morning!
