Three men and a boat

I hit the wall today book -wise and experienced what I think is best described as brain-fart. I beat a hasty retreat to purchase some necessary but unglamorous shopping in Bantry -  epsom salts, echinacea drops and manuka honey lozenges since you were wondering. Himself is also experiencing frustrations and a steep learning curve with the new design program. Various other things are building up too - a talk in Bandon at a well with some residents from a care home and transition students (5th year secondary), another talk somewhere in Limerick  and that TG4 program is looking like it might happen - welling with Manchán Mangan has been mentioned!  I hope I've got enough epsom salts - smelly ones of course,

Bantry was actually very restorative, some weird things going on out at sea, all mists and moistness.
