Not a great shot

But hey, that’s how it is. I had such a lovely appointment at the Medical Specialist this afternoon. I saw the Specialist Physio and he doesn’t need to see me again, he said sometimes they need to see people again but no need for me as I’m coping well. He was a very kind physio and made me feel like I’d done well. To be truthful I am still only just over 6 weeks into a 1 year recovery, but it is going well. This is down to the task master who has the whip in his hand keeping me doing my exercises ;0) ;0). I also got out for a short walk today too, not far, but a good start.
