Happy Birthday Dad

81 today and what a year Dad's had! Dad had a triple heart bypass and after recovering well, suffered what they believed was a mini heart attack which set his recovery back a few months. He then had a heart re-start to regularise his irregular heart beat and all that at the young age of 80! He really is remarkable.  He remained positive and active throughout and still regularly goes to the gym. 

Tonight, he took us to the Riverside for a lovely meal with Dan and Michelle.  Matt and Kieran live away so we're unable to come.

Happy Birthday Dad. Let's hope the next year is easier for you. Love you. X
