Smile

Parked up outside the gym every time we go, I love it. Never would have the nerve to ride one but think it looks great. Made me smile when today we arrived at the same time as the bike and when the rider removed her helmet.
Popped round to see grandson this morning.
Gym session was good and progressed to 15 minutes run with no issues. I think I could do 5k, but will stick to the plan and increase five minutes every run.
