Run with the girls

H is aiming for a half marathon in Paris so C decided that H needed to build on the 7.5k they did yesterday with a 10k. Luna snd I joined in. Then toasties made on a charity shop toastie maker and we drove them off to the station. H has a very early Eurostar to get back to work in the morning!
