Happy Grandson

Hamish spent the night with me and was collected early on Saturday by his grandfather for the drive to the NEC where there was a Sports expo.
They spent the night there to get the full experience of both days.
Hamish was delighted to meet several runners / triathletes who are well known/famous.  He got a hug from Eilish McColgan, met Steve Cram and chatted to the man who beat Mo Farrar in the marathon. As he was asking questions of the latter, a rep of ON, a Swiss running shoe company, chose him to receive and try out some new running shoes and he got a running shirt and hat.  He was so chuffed as one can imagine.  He'd love a job as a product tester!
