Arabella and William

Nothing like have something beautiful blooming in the midst of a snowstorm.  This is Arabella Amaryllis, a lovely Christmas gift I received, and she is putting on quite a show on this snowy morning.  William, the Rosslyn Chapel cat, is admiring her gorgeous flowers.  (a souvenir from my visit there a few years ago) This variety is called Apple Blossom and I must admit, seeing apple blossoms is a very nice thought right now.   "In the midst of winter, I found there was, within me, an invincible summer.
