I like this watching the tides business, checking the air and water temps, the conditions. Low tide was at 5pm, air 24C, water 22.5C. Conditions a bit rough. Waves crashed onto the adjacent rock ledges, sending spray and gulls skywards. A dozen or so in the pool. Seven short laps.
