Reflection

Has another similar event at work today, but our GM mediated for myself and the staff member involved. He's good - we got it sorted out ...

So the afternoon went smoother, a good time to reflect on what happened and why. There were some valid points raised. As a small business owner the business becomes a reflection of yourself. I had my businesses before my wife and kids - it is my (first) baby. But it's growing up, and like all parents you need to relax the grip that you had. Kids, and businesses grow up, and you have to let go.

Good lesson.
