Butterflies

We visited a lovely Garden today full of interesting birds and other wild life. They have two butterfly houses which I visited.
There were several cocoons with butterflies just emerging - so interesting to see.  Costa Rica is hot and humid and the butterfly houses were worse! So grateful for the coffee (which is delicious) provided by everyone.
We had a lovely talk here on how chocolate I made - there were several cacoa trees on the plot so we saw exactly how to make bitter chocolate from scratch - and got to taste it when the condensed milk was added to sweeten it! A few of the steps en route to the final eating are in the extra.
