Lunar (Chinese) New Year, Telfer Subway Mural

Today is the start of the 16 day 'Chinese' New Year.  The celebrations across the Asian continent begin on the first new moon of the lunar calendar.  We've been in the region at New Year a number of times and it's an interesting full-on occassion.  The extra is from a trip to Thailand many 'moons' ago!
