More frost

After another cold night, the frost was quite heavy this morning. A lot of it never actually melted yesterday, so this frosty vegetation by the river Wharfe near Boston Spa had two layers of frost on it. Had the sun been shining, it would have been quite a sight, but then that would have melted it.
We walked over the old railway bridge at Newton Kyme, from which today's extra was taken. I thought the way the tracks in the field took a diversion round the tree was intriguing.
