Inside and Out

The view from my bedroom window this morning looks quite benign. But, if you look at my extra, it shows the ice I chipped out of the bird bath two days ago. It hasn't melted in the slightest.

I did go out, tentatively into the arctic, because I was craving a barista-made coffee and decided to get a Sunday paper. Enough outdoors for me today.

Eye update. So far, all is well, progressing as it should. I see (!) the eye surgeon again this Thursday for an assessment.

Time for the weather gods to turn the heating on!
