Day 134: Management Training Day 3

The management training I embarked upon last month, now continues.

The next two days are all about performance management.

One of today's activities included writing down all the qualities that a good coach embodies.

There were several words written on the flip chart, including;

Honest
Hard working
Dedicated
Qualified
Confident
Brave

and many, many others.

Our instructor asked if we could sum up all the words on the board.

I said, "Mitch from Baywatch."


When I returned to my hotel, I discovered this note.

I did search all over but I never did find Tim.
