A quick…

…trip into town this morning after we dropped the wee fella off at curling. We walked from The Peak, our local Sports Complex and therefore had to take the bridge over the railway. It offers a fine view of the Ochils and the Wallace Monument.

The trip to town was a tad frustrating as two of the shops we wanted didn’t open until 10am…we drop the wee fella off at 8:30am so we were in town by 9.00am and visited our other stops by 9:30am…I wasn’t hanging about until 10am as there was a coffee and scrambled egg roll calling me back at The Peak cafe.

The plan was to go back in this afternoon and pick the other two items up quickly…but we were waiting on a delivery and by the time that arrived and we had unpacked it…we had ran out of time!

Ahh…the best laid schemes! Never mind will resolve on Monday!

The delivery was a treadmill! Tomorrows task is building said treadmill! Might leave that to MrR!

Grateful for a nice wee Saturday, scrambled egg rolls and coffee:-)
