The utterly splendiferous cathedral of Santiago de Compostela with storm brewing. The cathedral is the culmination of the ancient pilgrimage on the Camino (road) de Santiago, where , having walked an ancient route that passes through France and Spain, pilgrims would and still do present themselves at a shrine that is said to contain the bones of Saint James. There are little snippets of the camino all through Europe and although religion is not my cup of tea, the Cathedral is so beautiful that i come here often just to sit and look and think about how one day i would like to walk the route myself.
