Lazy or genius?

I saw these in Sainsbury’s today. they are ladies jeans. I was initially shocked as they looked unfinished, so thought I must have picked up a duff pair. But they were all like that. As were several other styles!  So I then thought it might be genius, as I always have to shorten my trousers anyway,
So I’ve bought them, and tried them on, and I quite like them. They were supposed to be 3/4 length and I got ‘short’ but they are a tad too short for fulllength, so think I will channel my inner Audrey Hepburn and shorten them and hem them!
